MEET THE ZEBRELEPHICKEN. (THE FRENCH KILLED THIS ONE)

An older one that reminded me of the POLLO concept we just sold through (totally different country and industry though)–If you listen to programmers—and we do—application development is a kind of art form as opposed to an industrialized business process. And when dealing with massive, complex, business-critical applications, you find that programmers (in-house or outsourced) can be very “creative,” indeed…
